Location: Northern Rivers, NSW

Accomodation: Single room occupancy at a beautiful eco sustainable retreat location
Inclusions:

3 nights accomodation at a stunning retreat & spa location in NSW.
Daily restorative yoga, breath work, nature walks, and meditation
100% organic, vegan catering for all main meals through-out the retreat.
1 hour full body massage
A 2hr healing hot/cold spa circuit incl. steam room, hydrotherapy spa and magnesium plunge pool.

Do I need to be a member of The Health Haven or have attended a Retreat to attend a Health Haven Retreat?

Not at all. Our exclusive Health Haven Retreat is designed for anyone, of any age. No experience in yoga, fitness or coaching programs are necessary.

What if I have an injury and cannot participate in all areas of this retreat?

Easy fix! Our experienced coaches will do our best to modify our activities to suit your individual needs. All sessions are completely optional, and we encourage you to do what feels right for you.

How long does the application process take?

Once you complete our quick application form, you will receive an email notification with details on how to confirm your position with a deposit ($500). Once your deposit has been received, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your place within 2 business days.

How much is the deposit?

To confirm your place in our exclusive retreats, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit per person.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. We can support you by setting up a payment plan in the lead up to the retreat. After securing your position with your deposit, you can split your remaining payment into regular deductions. The final amount will need to be finalised 30 days prior to the retreat commencement.

Can I attend on my own?

Absolutely!! We love people who step out of their comfort zone, and meet new people! We will support you along the way and ensure you have a roomie (if requested), and team mates to enjoy this transformational weekend with.

Can I request my own room?

Sure thing! There will be an additional charge for a solo room. Please include this request on your application form, and we can provide you with the price difference at the time of interview.

What is the cancellation policy?

Given this is an application based process, the deposit and full payment are non-refundable.
